4. 데이터 공유 및 공개

개인 데이터는 귀하의 계정이 활성화된 동안 유지되며, 의료 데이터 저장 및 해당 진료 서비스 제공을 관리하는 법적 요구 사항에 따라 유지됩니다. 계정이 비활성화되거나 법정 보존 기간이 만료되면 데이터는 완전히 삭제되거나 되돌릴 수 없도록 익명화됩니다.

이 개인 정보 보호 정책은 당사의 관행 변화를 반영하여 정기적으로 업데이트될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경 사항은 귀하의 계정 대시보드 또는 등록된 이메일 주소로 전송되는 알림을 통해 통지될 것입니다. 업데이트 이후에도 WCare Health를 계속 사용하는 것은 수정 사항을 이해하고 있음을 의미합니다. 만일 이 정책이 새로운 형태의 동의 요구 수준을 포함하도록 개정될 필요가 있는 경우, WMTAN은 적용 전에 귀하의 명확한 승인을 확보하도록 할 것입니다.

  • The policy identifies product-specific WCare Health practices and supplements the baseline WMTAN policy.
  • Users can request deletion through the public WCare Health data deletion page.
  • Sensitive requests may require account-ownership verification before disclosure, export, or deletion.
  • Permissions are described by purpose and can be managed through device settings.

Data Safety and permission alignment

  • If WCare Health collects or transmits data off device through the app, WebView, SDKs, or service providers, that behavior must be reflected in the Play Console Data safety form.
  • Health/wellness data, files/photos, notifications, camera, optional location, diagnostics, and support records should be declared accurately if the app or SDKs actually process them.
  • WCare Health does not sell personal health data and should not be described as a diagnostic tool, medical device, or emergency service.
  • Health apps declarations, Health Connect declarations, and Android health-related permissions must match this policy, the manifest, runtime permission flows, and the live feature set.
  • Export, deletion, or disclosure requests involving sensitive data may require account-ownership verification before processing.
  • If new analytics, AI, crash reporting, payment, notification, or storage SDKs are added, this policy and the Data safety form should be checked before release.
