Scope
This policy applies to Vowlet, a private couple app operated by WMTAN. It supplements the baseline WMTAN privacy policy and covers Vowlet app, web, support, safety, and store-review flows.

How Vowlet collects, uses, protects, and handles data for a private Couple Space.
Data We Collect
Vowlet may process account identifiers, email address, display name, profile identity, Couple Space membership, invite status, app settings, device or browser metadata, push notification tokens, support records, and safety or moderation records.
User Content
Vowlet stores user-generated content that users choose to create, including snaps/photos, letters, captions, moods, reactions, replies, memories, reveal/read metadata, achievements, missions, and rewards.
Location And Camera
Camera access is used for camera-first snaps. Location may be used only when the user grants permission for Slowly/GPS delivery behavior. Vowlet does not use location for advertising.
How We Use Data
We use data to operate the private Couple Space, authenticate users, sync memories and interactions, deliver notifications, prevent abuse, provide support, process export/deletion requests, maintain security, and satisfy legal obligations.
Sharing
Vowlet is designed for private sharing between paired users in the same Couple Space. WMTAN does not sell personal data. We may process data through infrastructure providers, identity providers, cloud storage, notification delivery services, and support tools needed to run the service.
Ads And Financial Data
Vowlet does not serve third-party advertising and does not provide financial services. Payment, banking, lending, trading, insurance, or credit features are not part of the current Vowlet app.
Health Data
Vowlet is not a health or medical app. Heart, battery, mood, mission, and reward language is gamified relationship UX only and is not medical, fitness, diagnostic, or treatment functionality.
Safety And Moderation
Vowlet includes report and block controls for user-generated content and interactions. WMTAN may review reports, restrict abusive accounts, remove harmful content, and retain moderation/audit records when needed for safety, security, or legal reasons.
Retention
Vowlet retains couple data and media while the account or Couple Space remains active unless users delete, hide, recall, or request removal of eligible content. Verified export or deletion requests are handled according to identity, privacy, safety, and legal requirements.
Export And Deletion
Users can request a data export or account/data deletion from Vowlet Settings. Users can also request deletion through the public web resource at /vowlet/data-deletion. Support may require identity verification before fulfilling sensitive requests.
Security
Vowlet uses HTTPS, authenticated sessions, private storage for snap media, scoped access controls, server-mediated media handling, and operational checks designed to limit unauthorized access.
