Deletion summary
This page is the public Vowlet deletion resource for users and app assessment teams. Account deletion means deleting the app account and eligible personal data associated with that account, subject to verification and limited retention required for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or transaction records.
In-App Request
Open Vowlet, sign in to your account, go to Settings, and use the account/data deletion request control. This records a verified request for support review and processing.
Web Request
If you cannot access the app, email support@wmtan.com from the email address associated with your Vowlet account. Include that you are requesting deletion of your Vowlet account and associated data.
Uninstalling Does Not Delete The Account
Uninstalling Vowlet from a device only removes the local app installation. If an account or Couple Space has been synced to WMTAN systems, the user still needs to submit an account/data deletion request to remove eligible data from active systems.
Verification
Because Vowlet stores private couple content, WMTAN may ask for identity and account-ownership verification before deleting or disclosing account data.
Request Content
A deletion request should include the product name, account email, the requested action, and whether the user wants account deletion, data deletion, or both. Users should not include unnecessary private couple content in the request email.
Couple Space Effects
Deleting an account may remove or disable access to the user's Couple Space, memories, messages, snaps, reactions, settings, and account-linked content. Some content may also affect what the paired user can see or access after deletion, depending on feature behavior and safety requirements.
Confirmation And Follow-Up
After receiving a request, WMTAN may respond to verify the account, clarify the deletion scope, or confirm when eligible deletion has been processed. Users should keep the response email for follow-up if needed.
What May Be Retained
We delete or anonymize eligible account and personal data after verification. Some security, fraud prevention, abuse, audit, legal, or transaction records may be retained when required or permitted by law.
Backups And Logs
Data removed from active systems may remain in encrypted backups, disaster recovery copies, or security logs for a limited period until those systems rotate or expire according to operational retention rules.
