This product-specific policy explains how Morph handles account, AI prompts, mobile, support, and app-assessment access data.

Morph handles AI prompts and user data only to provide creative content generation, automation, safety, and operational reliability. It does not sell your AI prompt data.

본 개인정보 처리방침은 WMTAN이 운영하는 AI Studio 플랫폼인 Morph에만 독점적으로 적용됩니다. 이 방침은 Morph 웹 애플리케이션, API 통합, 자동화된 워크플로 및 관련 지원 채널을 통해 처리되는 데이터의 수집, 사용 및 보호를 규율합니다.

Morph를 사용함으로써 귀하는 AI 기반 서비스와 상호 작용하고 있음을 인정합니다. 이 정책은 AI 프롬프트, 업로드된 파일 및 생성된 콘텐츠를 처리하는 방법에 대한 구체적인 지침을 설정하여 기본 WMTAN 마스터 개인정보 처리방침을 보완합니다.

2. 수집하는 정보

당사는 이메일 주소, 프로필 세부 정보 및 인증 자격 증명과 같이 귀하의 Morph 계정을 운영하는 데 필요한 정보를 수집합니다. 결정적으로, 당사는 귀하가 입력한 AI 프롬프트, 분석을 위해 업로드한 파일 또는 이미지, 그리고 그 결과로 생성된 AI 생성 콘텐츠(AIGC)를 수집합니다.

또한 당사는 플랫폼 보안을 보장하고 성능 문제를 해결하며 남용을 방지하기 위해 표준 기기 메타데이터(예: IP 주소, 브라우저 유형 및 운영 체제) 및 앱 활동 로그를 수집합니다.

3. 데이터 사용 방법

AI 프롬프트 및 업로드된 파일을 포함한 귀하의 데이터는 요청된 AI 기능을 제공하기 위해 엄격하게 사용됩니다. 당사는 이 정보를 사용하여 응답을 생성하고 워크플로 기록을 유지 관리하며 계정 안전을 지원합니다.

WMTAN은 귀하의 AI 프롬프트, 생성된 콘텐츠 또는 계정 세부 정보를 데이터 브로커, 광고주 또는 기타 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다.

4. 타사 AI 모델 및 처리자

고급 AI 기능을 제공하기 위해 Morph는 업계 최고의 타사 AI 기초 모델(예: Google Gemini, OpenAI 또는 Anthropic)과 통합됩니다. 귀하가 프롬프트를 제출할 때 필요한 데이터는 오직 응답을 생성할 목적으로만 이러한 공급자에게 안전하게 전송됩니다.

이러한 공급자는 엄격하게 데이터 처리자 역할만 합니다. 이들은 귀하의 프롬프트를 자체 광고 또는 프로파일링 목적으로 사용하는 것을 금지하는 기업 계약에 구속됩니다.

5. AI 학습 및 데이터 옵트아웃

WMTAN은 엄격한 '학습을 위한 옵트인' 철학에 따라 운영됩니다. 당사는 귀하의 명시적인 동의 없이 기초 AI 모델을 훈련하거나 미세 조정하기 위해 귀하의 개인 데이터, 업로드된 파일 또는 비공개 AI 프롬프트를 사용하지 않습니다.

마찬가지로 타사 AI 공급자와의 기업 계약은 이들이 공용 모델을 훈련하기 위해 귀하의 Morph 입력을 사용하는 것을 엄격하게 금지합니다. 귀하의 데이터는 격리되어 오직 귀하의 즉각적인 요청을 이행하는 데에만 사용됩니다.

6. 보안 조치 및 민감한 데이터

WMTAN은 데이터를 보호하기 위해 업계 표준 보안 프로토콜을 사용합니다. 귀하의 기기와 Morph 서버 간에 전송되는 모든 데이터는 TLS/HTTPS를 사용하여 전송 중에 암호화되며 당사 인프라에 저장된 데이터는 저장 시 암호화됩니다.

이러한 보호에도 불구하고 귀하는 주의를 기울여야 합니다. AI 출력은 때때로 입력 내용을 예측할 수 없이 재현할 수 있으므로 비밀번호, 전체 신용카드 번호 또는 보호 대상 건강 정보와 같은 매우 민감한 개인 정보를 AI 프롬프트에 절대 입력해서는 안 됩니다.

7. 사용자 권리(GDPR 및 글로벌 표준)

EU/EEA 및 기타 해당 관할권에 거주하는 사용자는 개인 데이터에 관한 특정 권리를 보유합니다. 귀하는 데이터 처리에 액세스, 수정, 제한 또는 이의를 제기할 권리가 있습니다.

Morph는 데이터를 내보내고 영구 삭제를 요청할 수 있는 도구를 제공합니다. 당사의 처리가 귀하의 동의에 기반하는 경우 귀하는 동의 철회 전 동의에 기반한 처리의 적법성에 영향을 주지 않고 언제든지 해당 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다.

8. 데이터 보존 및 계정 삭제

당사는 귀하의 계정이 활성 상태를 유지하는 한 귀하의 계정 데이터 및 워크플로 기록을 보존합니다. 삭제를 요청하면 모든 AI 프롬프트, 업로드된 파일 및 생성된 콘텐츠가 30일 이내에 프로덕션 서버에서 완전히 지워집니다.

당사는 시스템 최적화 및 용량 계획을 위해 익명화된 개인 식별 불가능한 원격 측정 데이터(예: 모델 응답 시간 및 오류율)를 무기한으로 보존할 수 있습니다.

User controls and assessment information

  • The privacy policy is publicly accessible without signing in.
  • The policy identifies product-specific Morph practices and supplements the baseline WMTAN policy.
  • Users can request deletion through the public Morph data deletion page.
  • Sensitive requests may require account-ownership verification before disclosure, export, or deletion.
  • Permissions are described by purpose and can be managed through device settings.

Data Safety and permission alignment

  • If Morph collects or transmits data off device through the app, WebView, SDKs, or service providers, that behavior must be reflected in the Play Console Data safety form.
  • AI Prompts, files/photos, notifications, diagnostics, and support records should be declared accurately if the app or SDKs actually process them.
  • Morph does not sell personal data or AI prompts.
  • Android permissions must match this policy, the manifest, runtime permission flows, and the live feature set.
  • Export, deletion, or disclosure requests involving sensitive data may require account-ownership verification before processing.
  • If new analytics, AI, crash reporting, payment, notification, or storage SDKs are added, this policy and the Data safety form should be checked before release.
