WCare Health Policy

WCare Health Terms of Use

Rules for WCare Health accounts, wellness features, informational content, support, and service access.

Plain-language summary

WCare Health is a personal wellness organization product. It can help users keep notes and reminders, but it is not a medical provider, medical device, emergency response system, diagnosis tool, or substitute for professional care.

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms of Use ('Terms') govern your access to and use of WCare Health, a personal health and wellness organization platform operated by WMTAN. This includes the mobile application, web services, account features, wellness tracking tools, medication reminders, and customer support channels.

By downloading, accessing, or using WCare Health, you signify your unreserved agreement to these Terms, which actively supplement the baseline WMTAN Master Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these specialized terms, you must immediately cease using WCare Health and delete the application from your devices.

2. Strictly Informational Use Only

WCare Health is explicitly designed as a personal organization and informational tool. It allows you to log symptoms, track wellness routines, and set personal reminders.

WCare Health DOES NOT provide medical advice, psychiatric counseling, professional diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. The content and features provided through the app are never a substitute for the professional judgment of a licensed healthcare provider, pharmacist, or physician.

3. Not a Medical Device

Under international regulatory frameworks (such as the FDA in the United States or the EMA in Europe), WCare Health is classified as a general wellness product. It is NOT a regulated medical device, clinical decision support software (CDSS), or a prescription service.

You must not rely on WCare Health to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Any health-related tracking is for your personal awareness and historical record-keeping only.

4. No Emergency Use Liability

WCare Health is not an emergency response system. You must never rely on WCare Health for urgent clinical decisions, real-time vital monitoring, or emergency intervention.

If you experience a medical emergency, you must immediately contact your local emergency services (e.g., 911, 112, 999) or proceed to the nearest emergency room. WMTAN disclaims all liability for any harm, injury, or death resulting from a delayed, missed, or inaccurate notification or reminder within the app.

5. User Responsibility and Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of any information you enter into WCare Health. We do not verify the medical accuracy of your logs or the appropriateness of your reminder schedules.

Furthermore, if you choose to use the app to track medications or supplements, you must manually verify dosages, frequencies, and contraindications with your prescribing doctor or pharmacist. WMTAN assumes no responsibility for incorrect data entry leading to adverse health outcomes.

6. AI and Automated Features

WCare Health may incorporate artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning models, or automated logic to summarize your health notes, suggest reminder schedules, or identify tracking patterns.

These automated outputs are generated for convenience and informational support only. AI systems can hallucinate or produce inaccurate summaries. You must independently verify any AI-generated insight before taking any health-related action.

7. Prohibited Content and Acceptable Use

While WCare Health is a private tool, you are strictly prohibited from using the platform to store illegal content, distribute controlled substances, falsify medical records for fraudulent purposes, or impersonate licensed medical professionals.

Additionally, you must not interfere with the app's security controls, attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary tracking algorithms, or use automated scrapers to extract data from the WCare Health infrastructure.

8. Account Restriction and Enforcement

WMTAN reserves the right to actively monitor platform security and enforce these Terms. We may restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate your access to WCare Health without prior notice if we reasonably suspect that your account is engaged in fraudulent activity, violating these Terms, or posing a legal/security risk to the platform.

In the event of termination, your access to all logged wellness data may be immediately revoked, subject to our data retention policies.

9. Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

WCare Health is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We utilize third-party cloud infrastructure to sync your data, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Network outages, OS updates, or device battery optimization settings can cause notifications to fail.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WMTAN, its directors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages—including personal injury, worsened medical conditions, or emotional distress—arising out of your use of or reliance on WCare Health.
