Vowlet Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ('Terms') govern your access to and use of Vowlet, a private couple space application operated by WMTAN. This includes the mobile application, web flows, couple space features, support channels, and any associated APIs or services.

By accessing or using Vowlet, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which supplement the baseline WMTAN Master Terms of Use. If there is any conflict between the Master Terms and these product-specific Terms, these Terms shall prevail concerning your use of Vowlet.

Vowlet is strictly intended for users who have reached the legal age of digital consent in their jurisdiction. Vowlet is absolutely not directed at children under the age of 13. If we determine that an account belongs to a user under the required age, we will immediately terminate the account.

While Vowlet allows you to share personal moments, you must be of legal age (usually 18+) to share or view any sensitive, intimate, or adult-oriented material within your private Couple Space, in strict compliance with local laws.

To use Vowlet, you must create a WMTAN ID and securely pair your account with one (and only one) partner through our invite code system to establish a 'Couple Space.' You are responsible for keeping your invite code and account credentials strictly confidential.

A Couple Space is an exclusive, private digital environment. Any content uploaded, shared, or interacted with inside the Couple Space is considered shared jointly between the two paired users. If either user decides to terminate the connection, the Couple Space will be dissolved, and content access may be revoked permanently for both parties.

Consent is the foundation of the Vowlet experience. You must only upload, transmit, or share content (such as photos, messages, or location data) that you have the explicit right and legal consent to share.

Vowlet must never be used as an instrument for coercion, harassment, cyberbullying, or stalking. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against the distribution of non-consensual intimate imagery (sometimes referred to as 'revenge porn'). Any violation will result in immediate permanent account suspension, preservation of evidence, and reporting to relevant law enforcement agencies.

You retain all intellectual property rights to the content you create, but you grant Vowlet the necessary licenses to securely host, encrypt, and transmit this content exclusively to your paired partner.

You are strictly prohibited from uploading illegal content, including but not limited to material that infringes on third-party copyrights, promotes terrorism, displays graphic violence, or facilitates illegal transactions.

WMTAN has an uncompromising, zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Grooming, sextortion, human trafficking, or any behavior that endangers minors is strictly prohibited.

If we detect or receive reports of such activities, we utilize automated hashing technologies (e.g., PhotoDNA) and human review to verify the violation. WMTAN will immediately terminate the offending accounts, preserve all related data, and file a formal report with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or appropriate international authorities.

While Vowlet is a private space, WMTAN reserves the right to investigate and take action if a user reports their partner for abuse, or if automated security systems detect patterns of severe policy violations.

WMTAN may restrict, suspend, remove content, disable features, or terminate access without prior notice if we reasonably believe an account is abusing the service, violating these terms, or creating legal liability for the platform.

Vowlet is designed exclusively for existing, paired couples. It is not a public dating marketplace, a matching service, or a social discovery network. There are no public profiles or search directories to find new people.

Furthermore, relationship-oriented tracking features (such as 'mood', 'battery', or 'heart' statuses) are purely gamified user experience elements. They are not medical diagnostic tools, mental health monitors, or emergency alert systems.

Vowlet relies on modern cloud infrastructure to provide real-time synchronization. However, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance windows, network outages, or device-specific constraints may affect content delivery.

You or your partner may choose to unpair or delete the Couple Space at any time. Upon unpairing, the service will initiate a structured deletion protocol to ensure private data is not retained longer than legally required, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
