Vowlet Policy
Rules for Vowlet accounts, Couple Spaces, user content, safety controls, and service access.
Vowlet is built for private interaction between paired users. Users remain responsible for the content they create and share, and WMTAN may act on reports, abuse, or legal issues to protect safety and service integrity.
These terms apply to Vowlet, including the mobile app, web flows, Couple Space features, support channels, and store-review access flows. They supplement the baseline WMTAN Terms of Use.
Vowlet is intended for teen and young adult users who can lawfully use the service in their location. Vowlet is not child-directed and is not designed for users under 13.
Users are responsible for maintaining account security, using accurate account information, and sharing invite codes only with the intended partner. A Couple Space is intended for private interaction between paired users.
Users should share content only with the intended paired user and only when they have the right and consent to do so. Vowlet must not be used to pressure, harass, impersonate, expose, or distribute non-consensual private content.
Users must have the rights needed to upload, create, send, or share snaps, letters, captions, replies, reactions, memories, and other content. Do not upload illegal, abusive, exploitative, infringing, or non-consensual content.
Vowlet may provide reporting, blocking, moderation, account restriction, and content-removal controls. WMTAN may review reports and retain moderation records when needed for safety, security, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
Vowlet and WMTAN prohibit child sexual abuse material, child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers minors. Users can report safety concerns in the app or through support@wmtan.com. WMTAN may remove content, restrict accounts, preserve relevant records, and report or escalate matters where required by law or platform policy.
WMTAN may restrict, suspend, remove content, disable features, or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account is abusing the service, violating these terms, harming another user, creating legal risk, or interfering with service security.
Vowlet is not a public dating marketplace, matching service, financial product, health product, or emergency service. Relationship-oriented terms such as mood, battery, heart, missions, and rewards are gamified experience labels only.
Users may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass security, scrape non-public data, interfere with other accounts, upload malware, use automated abuse, sell access, or use Vowlet for unlawful, exploitative, deceptive, or harmful activity.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or remove features when needed for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, compliance, product operations, or service reliability.
Vowlet may rely on third-party infrastructure for hosting, authentication, notifications, storage, analytics, email, security, and support. Delivery timing and availability can be affected by device settings, networks, operating systems, and service providers.
Vowlet is provided on a reasonable-effort basis and may rely on third-party infrastructure. To the extent permitted by law, WMTAN is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
Vowlet privacy, retention, export, and account/data deletion practices are described in the Vowlet Privacy Policy and Vowlet Account and Data Deletion resource.
WMTAN may update these terms to reflect product changes, safety needs, app store requirements, legal requirements, or operational practices. Material updates should be published on this page with a revised effective date.
