Morph Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ('Terms') govern your access to and use of Morph, an advanced AI Studio platform developed and operated by WMTAN. This encompasses the web interface, API access flows, automated workflows, AI-generated content (AIGC), and associated customer support channels.

By accessing, registering for, or utilizing Morph, you signify your unreserved agreement to these Terms. These specialized terms actively supplement the baseline WMTAN Master Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease all use of the Morph platform.

Morph provides AI-driven content generation, digital workflow automation, and creative tools. It is designed to assist professionals and creatives in accelerating their productivity.

Morph does NOT replace professional human judgment. It is not a definitive source of truth, a fact-checking service, or a substitute for licensed legal, financial, or medical counsel. You are solely responsible for independently verifying the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of any content generated by Morph before utilizing it in any professional or public capacity.

You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify WMTAN of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach.

Furthermore, you are responsible for the inputs (prompts) you provide. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to process the data you input into Morph, and that such processing does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

You are expressly prohibited from using Morph to generate, promote, or distribute malicious content. This includes, but is not limited to: creating deepfakes intended to deceive; generating material that promotes violence, self-harm, or terrorism; or producing content that facilitates cyberattacks, fraud, or illegal activities.

Additionally, you must not input highly sensitive personal data (e.g., social security numbers, protected health information) or confidential corporate secrets into the AI prompts. WMTAN reserves the right to implement automated filters to block prompts that violate these restrictions.

In compliance with emerging global regulations, including the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act (EU AI Act), you acknowledge that you are interacting with an automated AI system. The outputs are generated by machine learning models, not humans.

You are strictly prohibited from presenting, publishing, or distributing Morph-generated content as wholly human-authored. You must provide appropriate disclosures when utilizing AIGC in regulated domains, journalistic contexts, or consumer-facing products.

WMTAN respects the intellectual property rights of others. You retain ownership of the original prompts you input, to the extent permitted by law. However, the legal copyright status of AI-generated outputs varies by jurisdiction, and WMTAN makes no representations regarding your ability to copyright Morph outputs.

You must not use Morph to deliberately recreate copyrighted works. WMTAN complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will promptly respond to valid notices of alleged infringement, which may result in the termination of repeat infringers.

To ensure platform safety and comply with the Digital Services Act (DSA) and equivalent global standards, WMTAN actively moderates interactions on Morph.

Any attempt to generate Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or exploit minors will result in immediate account termination, data preservation, and mandatory reporting to relevant law enforcement agencies, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and Europol.

WMTAN retains the absolute right to monitor platform usage for security and compliance purposes. We may restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate your access to Morph without prior notice if we reasonably conclude that you have violated these Terms or pose a legal, security, or reputational risk to WMTAN.

Upon termination, your access to saved workflows and generated content will be revoked, and data may be deleted in accordance with our standard retention policies.

Morph is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. WMTAN disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the AI outputs will be accurate, reliable, or free from bias or 'hallucinations.'

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WMTAN and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Morph, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or reputational harm resulting from the use of AI-generated content.
